STOP GO POLICY

Short-term policy aimed at keeping a delicate balance between two seemingly contradictory objectives such as improving the integrity and reducing the corruption rate.

My thought in a broken english manner (sincerely admit I am a beginner in an english writing):
It was a tragical memory to all when we had the economic turmoil again begins somewhere in Oct'2008. For the ruling government, a fast signed bill flows into main economic and business sectors. A sudden expenses cut by the consumers and a massive job cuts everywhere. To a some small groups this is an opportunity as this group of people are always act as 'eagle' where their eyes and sensitive feathers keep sensing on the chances. To a majority their life were twisted and many fails. If we were living in a fair ground, such treat does not really a matter but since this world had changed lots from its beginning then we shall admit that we are now living and play a role as prey and predator. You will feel less sympathetic and less ignorable when yourself caught in a 'do or die' situation. Then, how best we could progress and 'change'' the way of our living? For me, keeping a faith to God (Allah) comes first all the time and all the way. Thereafter I start knocking down all the obstacles and build up the plan and strategy. Later, I will keep myself fit to work out the plan and to track my position and react as soon as I can to overcome the threat by threat.
